Food & Drink Packaging

Development to production

Drink Packaging

Print and production across a wide range of materials and production techniques distributed globally.

Wrapology has been producing packaging for the drink and beverage industry since 2001. Our portfolio includes boxes produced for whiskys, beers and teas across a range of material substrates including wood, plastic, card and woven fabrics.

Once produced the packaging is distributed to locations across the world where the packaging is packed off and sent into retail stores. Recently as a result of Covid-19, many brands are developing their packaging for e-comm. By creating a unique at-home unboxing experience consumers are more likely to engage with the brand, building long-term trust and loyalty.

Our packaging designers will make recommendations on the best way to create an unboxing experience through our range of materials, layering techniques and latest trends and innovations in packaging design.

Sustainable drink packaging

We work closely with brands to make their boxes as sustainable as possible. We offer a number of materials and manufacturing processes which include:

  • Chlorine Free

  • Plastic Free

  • Materials made from renewable energy

  • Sustainably sourced

  • Recyclable with paper products

  • Degradable

  • Manufactured in ISO14001 factories

All of the above certifications will provide confidence to your consumer that your packaging is as sustainable and ecologically friendly as it can be.

Sustainability
Drink packaging should aim to be plastic free and fully recyclable. Removing VAC form trays, OPP laminations, polyester ribbons are all design considerations that need to be factored in during the development stage.

Trends for 2021

Personalisation
Technology is allowing brands to personalise their brand or product. A personalised message can be laser engraved onto elements of the packaging quickly and affordably.

Unboxing
For younger consumers, the unboxing experience is becoming an important part of the branding experience. What does the user experience say about your brand?
