Wrapology acquired by Carton Group

German packaging company Carton Group establishes UK footprint through acquisition of Wrapology

Hamburg / Schwabach / London, 16 October 2023 – Carton Group, a leading German company in the packaging industry owned by the investment firm Waterland, signed an agreement to acquire London-based Wrapology, continuing the group’s strategic growth path.

Wrapology is a pioneer in customized, sustainable and outstanding luxury packaging. Known for its keen sense for brands, the company is characterized by exceptional packaging design and the use of high-quality materials. Wrapology has a distinctive customer portfolio including high-profile, international and emerging brands.

The acquisition of the British innovator is another important step for the Carton Group. In doing so, the company will set new standards for demanding brands.

The sibling-run company Wrapology will become a direct subsidiary of the Carton Group. Financial details of the transaction will not be disclosed. The deal is expected to close in the near future.
