Paul Valentine

Two siblings. One vision. To craft jewelry that is timeless and elegant in design and stays with you forever. Pieces that make you feel confident, proud, and beautiful.

In 2015, Marlene and Paul Franzreb set out to create their very first Paul Valentine piece. Today, Paul Valentine has evolved into a globally recognized brand serving hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide. With jewelry that stands for outstanding design, meticulous craftsmanship, and exceptional durability - designed in our German headquarter by our in-house design team.

Wrapology have worked closely with the Paul Valentine brand for over 3 years.

From the initial concept developed by Socio Design to multiple prototypes to get the overall look and feel right in terms of colour, tactility, logo print and the relationship between the packaging and the products.

The main driver was to make the packaging as sustainable as possible. To strip out as much of the plastic but to retain a luxury experience.

All of the packaging is made from sustainable paper that is free from plastic so it can be recycled easily or will degrade away, should it end up in a landfill.

The boxes are coated in a soft touch varnish so that they don’t get damaged easily.

The watch fitment is made from paper pulp with paper woven handles.

The only plastic within the range, is the pouch which is made from a vegan leather, intended to be re-used to store the jewelry pieces.

The beauty of the packaging is that we have created a paper unique to Paul Valentine, so moving forward its very easy for them to develop new products which retain the Paul Valentine DNA and not so easy for other brands to copy.

Paul Valentine Sustainable Jewellery Packaging

“Working closely with the brand, understanding their aspirations and then developing a product range that is luxurious, sustainable and fit for purpose. This is what we love to do and what our company is about; sourcing the latest sustainable materials, producing prototypes and re-evaluating with stakeholders in order to create a perfect product for the brand. ”
